Part-time Finance Manager (Senior Leadership Team)

12 hours a week £8,960 (£28,000 FTE)

Permanent contract with scope to increase hours in line with the continued growth of the charity

We are seeking the right candidate to join the team as we begin to implement a senior leadership structure to take the charity on its continued journey of growth. Whilst the role is only part time, the post holder will be involved in decision making and strategic planning at a senior level.

Working closely with the CEO, this role provides an exciting opportunity to join this vibrant and committed team who all work hard to ensure the best outcomes for the young people we support. The right candidate will bring both financial acumen and good leadership skills to the role.

Eagle’s Nest is an Educational Charity providing alternative education solutions to those on the margins of mainstream. We have an excellent reputation for delivering impactful solutions for young people facing very challenging circumstances across Staffordshire and beyond.  The charity has grown consistently since beginning in 2014 and has clear plans for this to continue.
